Active Flex

The gymnast must have active flex using speed and tubing! Leaps are aggressive and the legs need to be ready to drive into and out of the leaps.

With the new International Code of Points out we have added more flexibility to our teams workouts! We have to do this because the gymnast need to have 3 high level leaps on beam and floor! We are filming today a flexibility circuit for the beam area that we are doing at camp. It should help everyone with time and space!
