I have been traveling around the country and just got home for a day!

Hi everyone I have been traveling around the country seeing a lot of great gymnast and coaches! Everyone is doing such a good job and I hope the DVD’s from Gym Smart is helping the process of moving forward in gymnastics! If you have any questions please just let me know and i will try to get back to you as soon as I can!
Please remember to increase your passive and active flex so you will not have injuries! And it is always better to do more basics and drills to get the skills better!

Active Flex

The gymnast must have active flex using speed and tubing! Leaps are aggressive and the legs need to be ready to drive into and out of the leaps.
