The best days to be productive in the gym!!  I am going to create energy and enthusiasm at workout so we can all have a great day.  Keeping in mind that the coach is the “temperature control”.  Have a great day!

Heading back home after an incredible weekend of college gymnastics.

My eye has absorbed excellent form and excecution, the true meaning of amplitude, power, performance and the importance of STUCK landings.  I have never seen a competition where every tenth of a point truely made a difference.  There was a tie and the procedure to break the tie was to go back and add in the score you dropped, the tie was broken by .025.  One team made super six and the other team sat in the stands.

What an opportunity for me to fuel my mind and eyes for the upcoming elite season!!

Have a great weekend!

Enjoying the off season with my athletes, working hard to increase strength, flex and shapes to upgrade skills.

I really had fun commentating for the Big Ten Gymnastics Network this season.

I love working with gymsmarts because of the quality work they put into their videos!

Getting inspired to create next videos in May, if you have any needs please let me know!

Heading to Lincoln to watch some of my former athletes compete at NCAA Nationals!
