WELCOME TO THE NEW GYMSMARTS COMMUNITY!!
This a place to find more information about our GymSmarts coaches along with interviews and articles.
We are very excited to finally get this project off the ground by getting informational interviews and articles from our coaches out to everyone.
We will continue to add articles from our former members area, and build out our Coaches section where they will have blogs so that you can keep up to date on what they are doing.

I love all of the video’s from Gymsmarts. I was hoping for a little more help in video form. I am still trying to figure out , how to change the culture in the gym. As far as, what is acceptable and what is no longer acceptable. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. However, a video would be better. thanks for your time.

Chuck, I don’t know if this DVD addresses what you want, but the Jan 2009 release by Beth Gardner: Coaching Etiquette should be a start.
